A Delicious Caramel Slice

Kia Ora everyone,

Today me, my mum, my brother Harlem, and my brother Brooklyn made a caramel slice. We added butter, shredded coconut, flour, brown sugar, condensed milk, golden syrup, and for the topping was melted chocolate drops and bunapitet you have got yourself a delicious caramel slice! YUMMY! I enjoyed making the caramel slice. Tonight we are going to have some YUSS! can't wait. Rylie Te Nahu

This is my art work using... Leafs, Sticks, Felts/Color Pens, Paper, and the lucky last... A Flower!

I found all of these Sticks and Leaves and 1 Flower outside in my family's garden.

I really enjoyed doing this it was so fun! even my little sister Ayla joined me and we both had fun and enjoying making this piece of artwork. Me and my sister loved it so much that we even played some music and sang with it. We were listening to dance monkey. I felt really happy after doing this. Hope you enjoyed reading. Rylie Te Nahu

The Lockdown

When the lockdown first started I was so excited to be at home for like 4-5 weeks until 2 weeks later it was so BORING me and my family were stuck inside for ages!!! 

So we decided to play some family games and enjoy our day inside and outside playing, I really enjoyed doing that instead of been inside doing chores.

Then we would stay up until 9.30 watching movies and then we go to bed having sweet dreams.

Then we had a routine, we would wake up and make beds have breakfast, brush our teeth and do school work for 3 hours. Then we have lunch and do creativity time which is making something creative and we would go outside to play for 2 hours and then come inside and dinner would be ready and then we would eat, do the dishes and then go out outside to play again for 2 hours. Then we would have showers, brush our teeth and watch a movie, then turn the tv off and go to sleep.

We start our routine over and over again. The next day all of us would keep on doing our routine and it is fun for my family. Including me.


That's it. That is what we do when we are at home enjoying the lockdown and also enjoying playing with each other.
